About the event
A small-group retreat designed to help active adults rethink how they fuel their bodies for strength, recovery, and longevity.
This experience focuses on using food as a practical tool to support energy, performance, and long-term health, without diet culture, extremes, or overwhelm.
Expect education, hands-on learning, movement, and time to reset habits in a way that supports real life.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how to fuel for your activity level, how nutrition supports strength and recovery as we age, and simple strategies you can actually sustain.
