The MTN Life Fitness Philosophy
Training isn’t about chasing extremes or following the latest trend. It’s about building strength, resilience, and confidence in a way that supports your life for the long term.
My Approach
• Assessment first. We start by understanding how your body moves.
• Smart strength and mobility, not random workouts.
• Progression that supports longevity, not burnout.
• Coaching that fits real life and evolving goals.

My Story
Why I do this work
Movement has always been part of my life. Skiing, biking, hiking, training, it’s never just been “exercise” for me. It’s how I reset, stay grounded, and feel like myself.

Over the years, both personally and professionally, I’ve seen how that relationship with movement can change. Injuries add up. Recovery takes longer. Confidence fades. And too often, people are told to slow down, be careful, or accept pain as part of getting older.
That never sat right with me.

I work with active adults who don’t want extremes or quick fixes. They want to feel strong again. They want to trust their bodies. And they want to keep doing the things that matter to them without fear or feeling broken.

That’s the work I care about, and it’s what guides how I coach every client.
