An assessment is a one-on-one session designed to understand how you move, where you’re strong, and where there may be gaps worth addressing.It’s not a workout. It’s not a sales call.​It’s a structured, thoughtful look at your movement, strength, mobility, balance, and overall readiness for training—so any next step actually makes sense.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

During your assessment, we’ll look at:

  • Fundamental movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull, carry)

  • Strength and stability in key areas

  • Mobility and joint range of motion

  • Balance and coordination

  • Cardiovascular fitness and aerobic capacity (as it relates to your activities and goals)

  • Current training habits and injury history

  • Your goals for strength, longevity, and performance

 

You’ll leave with:
